BBQ Sauce

I sometimes cook my chicken in this sauce. It can be used as a marinade and as a sauce. I love it on ribs and on chicken and the sauce can be served warm or cold. Plus it is easy.

In a medium bowl, whisk together:
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons paprika
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
If serving warm, simmer for five minutes and then serve. Store remaining sauce in refrigerator.
