		<description>I think a good vegetable side dish for this chicken would be a steamed vegetable, such as green beans or broccoli with simple salt, pepper and lemon zest.  Additionally, you could try the &quot;Grilled Vegetable Salad&quot; recipe that I have but change the dressing slightly by swapping the balsamic vinegar for lemon juice and leaving out the mustard.  I would also add some fresh chopped mint.  Hope this helps!</description>
