Asian Coleslaw

This Asian coleslaw recipe is a great for picnics or parties because it is prepared ahead of time. It needs to sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours, but can be made the day before as well.

Combine in a large bowl:
1 package of shredded coleslaw lettuce
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped green onions
2 packages of crumbled Top Ramen Chicken flavored noodles

In a separate bowl combine:
2 spice packets from Top Ramen Chicken flavored noodles
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
After mixing, pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and set in refrigerator for at least two hours.

(Serves 6)
