This great dip is best right out of the oven and can be served on crackers, chips, or bread.
Combine in a pie pan or 8×8 baking dish:
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 14oz. can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
16oz. cream cheese
5oz. package of thawed and squeezed chopped frozen spinach
Bake all above ingredients at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
(Serves 10-12)
